All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 month from the delivery date of your order.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defect, including issues related to materials or workmanship. It ensures that the jewelry meets our quality standards.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear of the jewelry. It also does not cover loss of jewelry.

To keep your jewelry in excellent condition, please refer to our care guide available on our Instagram account.

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective jewelry at our discretion. If the jewelry is no longer available, we may offer a gift voucher.
